We knew the rights of children and we published them but who will apply them? I think these rights are for promoted countries it is mentioned that child should educate and get knowledge we know that the economic of Afghanistan is weak pretend that a family doesn’t have a leader to save money and work in this case if a child doesn’t work and doesn’t prepare food what will happen? Here a child can leave education.

There are a lot of rights for children in our community but no one take care of the children and do not pay attention to their rights. As there mentioned their rights in this site. We are just saying it by our moth that this is the right of children and that is the right of children but not want to do it practical or do action on it.
So I request to all afghan brothers and sisters to take care of the children rights practically not to say it by their moth they should do the

best of luck

With section number five (5) I want to say that this resting and playing should not be always because if children always play in this is case he/she wouldn’t able to educate I think that this area means(5) that children play and rest on their part time.
I also want from families to don’t allow to their children that play and rest all the time.
And all the family should make a time table for their children to educate and play.

In 32 role you mentioned that children should avid from that work that don’t have any profit for them that is right but you said that the government should appear the working age of children you are right but one thing I want to add to this that children don’t need to work till they become adult after that children can decide what to do and it belongs to that child and it is not necessary for governments to decide to him to work in this age or place.
It is my idea.

I am disagree with rule (4) because it is mentioned that government should investigate and keep the children’s rights
I want to say that if the government is weak, there is misadministration, people don’t respect to law of government…
In this case how can just government keep the children’s rights ? I want to say that if we keep others rights and respect to them they will keep our rights and so on so if we don’t apply/keep our rights by ourselves I think government cant.

Dear all
I have one idea in my mind, which is written below, see it and give me back yours ideas
We should dedicate to improve the lives of children in Afghanistan through quality education and helping them become educated, healthy, productive citizens and we should give Afghanistan’s children a reason for hope and a better future. We are committed to help create a vibrant Afghan educational system that prepares Afghan children for the challenges ahead. We believe that only through an investment in education can Afghanistan break the vicious cycle of war, poverty, poor health conditions, and civil unrest that has plagued this country for almost 30 years.

According to the 11 artical :
I am Abdul Rashid Teacher of Faculty of education and JAAILC participant

Yes i am agree with this artical because 2000 children illegal sent to Arabic emarat for serving animals in that place , some of thoes children retrun by the human right of Afghanistan.
Currently in foreign country such as pakistan and Iran more of Afghan children supplied and foreign people geting benefit from them.
some of children going to from bad behivour of their family they leave their homes and go to other places.
I want to give you real example about the children poverty:
In Dari noor district one father killed his all children because of economical problem.

Now a days some drug supplyer and Alqaida supplying drugs from one place to other.

so i want to from goverment that provide the facility for all people of afghanistan.

we are agreeing with this54 artical:
becouse every government must think about children future to gain education completlly and make for them peasefull life becouse they are the badege of thems country and they are makers of a country . I ask for my and all families to don't think for a young's marreige from 10to18 years becouse this is the time for educatin not time for marry and work.

The Children's Rights Division monitors human rights abuses against children around the world and works to end them. We investigate all kinds of human rights abuses against children: the use of children as soldiers; the worst forms of child labor; torture of children by police; police violence against street children; conditions in correctional institutions and orphanages; corporal punishment in schools; mistreatment of refugee and migrant children; trafficking of children for labor and prostitution; discrimination in education because of race, gender, sexual orientation, or HIV/AIDS; and physical and sexual violence against girls and boys. Children's physical and intellectual immaturity makes them particularly vulnerable to human rights violations. Their ill-treatment calls for special attention because, for the most part, children cannot speak for themselves, their opinions are seldom taken into account and they can only rarely form their own organizations to work for change
